I bought Eddie this new t-shirt that he loves because it has a firetruck on it. Eddie is all things fireman right now. Peter couldn't wait to get his hands on the shirt. The very day I bought the shirt, Peter happened to stay up late. When Eddie was asleep, Peter requested the shirt and ended up going to bed in it. Eddie was not too pleased when Peter got up the next morning.
When you are pondering upon what a lucky parent you are, think twice before you say your kids are the cutest. Check out the competition your children have! Look at those eyes! Really, there is no competition!
The other day Peter came running into my bedroom to find me. He said "hands". Eddie had to explain that he and Peter had been holding hands. Later that same day I caught them doing it. Oh, sweet brothers!
Peter loves to sit on the toilet. If he knows I am headed to the bathroom, he runs in before me, turns, backs up to the toilet, and tries to sit down (of course, he is too short). I lift him, and he will sit on the seat for a minute. He also likes to sit on the toilet after Eddie uses the bathroom. I love that Peter has an older brother he likes to emulate, at least most of the time I love that!
