Ben let Eddie help him buy a drink from a vending machine. The noise of the drink falling really surprised and scared Eddie. Later he and Ben had this conversation.
Eddie: That noise really scared me.
Ben: Now that you know that noise happens, maybe next time it won't scare you.
Eddie: Maybe next time it will scare me more.

I think I'm with Eddie on this one. Sometimes knowing something's coming gives me more anxiety! Yikes! But what a good daddy to help him see it in a different light.
That is soooooo funny He's so right. I think we have a lot of Ben in that little boy. Ben could always be surprisingly logical.
Love it! I agree with Jak, knowing that something is going to happen, but not knowing the precise moment often scares me more.
